This document proposes an evaluation form for the subject English III for the second grade group A for the 2011-2012 school year at the high school "Cadete Juan Escutia" in accordance with curricular reforms. The evaluation assesses students on their knowledge through tests, writing, listening and speaking skills, and homework. It also evaluates their process and products through laboratory activities, written activities, and participation. Finally, it considers their conscious attitude development based on grammar, pronunciation, understanding instructions, participation, timeliness, and notebook organization. Students can earn a total of 10 points divided among these categories.
