The client provided feedback on the story, suggesting changes to make the language more understandable. The writer implemented all the suggested changes, such as replacing vague words with clearer alternatives and indicating continuity of dialogue. As a result, the script now meets the client's expectations and target audience needs. Additionally, the script and shooting script are properly formatted according to industry standards and legal/ethical guidelines. In a self-evaluation, the writer identifies being creative and fast working as strengths, but notes English as a secondary language caused some difficulties requiring revisions. 1. Evaluation and SWOT Analysis
Evaluation
The client liked the way the story starts with an action scene in the beginning and
how it develops to horror gradually towards the end. What she didn’t like is some of
the wording I have used and she suggested me to use day to day language and
change it to something that is easy to understand.
Based on her suggestions I have change the type errors, change the word “he”
with the actors name, add "COND'T" in brackets to show that the dialogue is
continued, add "NEXT DAY" where appropriate to show that the location has
changed and change the scenario for where it's necessary.
I believe I have now met the expectations of the client because I have made all
the changes she suggested and now the script is easier to understand. I have also
met the brief and my chosen target audience.
The script and shooting script are fully formatted industry standard and they
meet the legal and ethical requirements.
Overall I am happy with the outcome. I have follow all the rules and there isn’t
anything that I would like to change.
SWOT Analysis
Strengths
My advantages are that I am creative and a quick thinker and good at writing
fast so I got my work done in a short time which allowed me to concentrate on other
things I have to do.
Weaknesses
My disadvantages are that English is not my first language therefore I had
some trouble writing the script on my own and as the client suggested I had to
change some of the script to make it suited for industrial standard.
Opportunities
Factors that will influence a successful outcome are that my script and shooting
script are well detailed and they are industry standard.
Threats

2. Threats that might get in the way is the fact that I have English as second
language so even though I have changed the script to make it a better fit and
suitable there are still some parts of it that may be a bit obliged.
