States, there was an increase in

has remained consistent throughout the
years.

A boutique bakery and café owned
and operated by husband and wife
Eugenia Theodospaulas and Giles
Combos.
Eugenia, head chef, lived, worked and trained in
Paris, perfecting European favorites like pastries
like croissants and French macarons.
