towards students if their behavior will change through different kinds of situations. There were
two experiments conducted for this study. The two experiments were called Experiment 1 and
Experiment 2. The different groups that would be used during this study were called easy 100,
easy 33, and difficult 100. The main focus of this study is to get rid of problematic behaviors,
mainly those who self injure, have aggression, and have tantrums, all of which that are serious
enough for the safety of the child and others. The study has a few factors that are liable for the
care of the problem behaviors which, falls into two classes such as escape behaviorwhich is
controlled by negative reinforcement developments, and attention requesting behavior that is
controlled by positive reinforcement developments. There is a decent amount of evidence that is
said to believe that many of the children learn to produce problematic behaviors in the existence
of aversive stimuli. It is seen that aversive stimuli are being used in everyday classroom settings.

Memorandum, forming the White House Task Force to Protect Students from Sexual Assault.
This task force was established to help decrease sexual assaults in college campuses and create
awareness of this little talked about topic. Many college students don t believe sexual assault is
an issue until it happens to them or someone they re close with. Sexual assault affects the victims
by making them feel helpless and causing serious negative effects on their emotional health.
Many of these incidents don t get reported due to students feeling unsafe or feeling like it isn t
that big of a deal. Even those that are reported, sometimes aren t taken seriously by the school s
administrators. College should be a fun learning experience, where safety shouldn t be a concern.
Sexual assault is a serious issue in the United States especially in college campuses. Many of the

How Teachers Reinforce The Kiddos For Good Behavior
In the classrooms I am observing I have noticed many ways in which teachers reinforce the
kiddos for good behavior. Each teacher has their own rewards system. I have witnessed a rainbow
chart, a marble system and a stick chart. I have also noticed that many of the teachers do multiple
activities with a lesson in hopes that the information will reach the kiddos long term memory. The

This day in age we have heard so many rumors of how factory slaughter cattle farms are actually
ran. Many people assume all beef cattle are kept outside in fields. But, this is not always the

cattle slaughter house. In every phase of development within a factory slaughter farm, animals
suffer needless changes and restricted, narrowed living conditions. Not only are the animals
being affected by diseases or stress, but we too are being affected just as much. When the farms
dump fesses on lands it will make its way into our water and air supply leaving behind pesticides
and toxins affecting our immune systems. Scientists have linked animal stress to problems with
food quality and safety (Animal Welfare). Like any human that suffers from stress and anxiety can
be diagnosed with any sorts of illness, the same circumstances can happen to an animal when it is
subjected to stress and pain, the animal is prone to disease and can produce lower quality meat, and
milk. In this case the cattle being exposed to stress their milk and meat will have a lower quality.
I personally have come face to face with a pig factory, which I do not believe it is any different

Throughout the discourse of this play we view the portrayal of humans as animals and witness King
Lear s mistreatment after he gives away his power. When doing so he makes clear his view on love
and its value, solely based on the flattery of words.Through nature, King Lear becomes grounded
and recognizes the animalistic behaviors of the rich and the struggles of the poor. This
recognition brings him to an utmost discovery that presents the reality of vicious humanity and

The Air National Guard And Part Of The 176th Wing
I am in the Air National Guard and part of the 176th Wing. The two primary missions of the
176th Wing are airlift and search and rescue (to include civil search and rescue). This includes
federal missions as well as state missions. My organization does not seek a profit but we do have
competitors for our airlift and search and rescue capabilities. According to Grant and Jordan (2012),
an industry should focus on strategic managementand focus on the competition and the goal of
having a competitive advantage. The 176th Wing s internal resources and capabilities allow us to
be different from our civilian and military competitors within the state concerning civil search and
rescue (Grant Jordan, 2012). Our key competitors are the State of Alaskaand the Coast Guard in the
state.
176th Wing Strategy and How it was Developed The strategy of the 176th Wing is to work with
internal and external partners to increase our Arctic representation, emergency management
response, engagement in Alaskan rural communities, and to continue to perform multiple federal
and state missions. The strategy of the 176th Wing is set by the Governor of Alaska through The
Adjutant General and the Wing Commander.The strategy of the 176th Wing is unique primarily
based on our location and our
EXTERNAL/INTERNAL ANALYSIS3 mission sets. The 176th Wing performs a unique state

Introduction:
Throughout the 1920s through the 1950s Women s clothing in America was affected by World War
II, which lead to the exploration of different styles, the encounter of new trends and the exchange of
ideas and new styles.
Historical Context:
In the 1920s there were many events that happened but one of the main events was the 1920s
bathing suit arrest. There were multiple arrest made for the look, but no names were giving. The
rule for bathing suits back then was that swim suits had to cover everything if you were a
woman, men however were not allowed to take off their shirts until 1993. The bathing suits for
women were like dresses and stockings. The 1920s also had some gender roles which caused
companies grew larger and wages increased and new things were able to be bought. ( Arrested for

In the 1930s the Great Depression influenced women s fashion because they needed to save
money and they had to reuse a fair amount of materials from their old clothes. The 1930s also had
gender roles, most people were employed but they were not the best jobs. They had low paying
jobs. The women needed a full education while the men only graduated from elementary school.
There were no equal rights. Women did everything, for example, they did everything at home, they
made dinner, made sure the house was clean, they needed to look presentable after work for their
husbands, and they had to work at the house especially during the Great
