Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu was born August 26, 1910 in Skopje, in Macedonia. Her
childhood was comfortable and prosperous due to her father s success. Her father
encouraged his children to be generous and compassionate to those less fortunate. Her
mother was very religious and she took the children to morning mass. Agnes often
helped her mother deliver parcels of food and money to the poor and prayed with
the whole family every evening. The family s life changed dramatically after their

likely to repeat a grade. Homeless high school students also show a similar trend of

serial killer, The Lonely One, remains at large. The main character, Lavinia Nebbs
and her friends try to cope with the discovery of Elizabeth Ramsell s body on their
way to see a Charlie Chaplin film. Lavinia appears to be the only one not shaken up
by the horrible news, and after finding out that a conspicuous man is inquisitive
about Lavinia, the ladies appear to be on edge. Lavinia struggles to control her fear
at the very end of the story when she suspects that she is being followed by a figure,
and the story ends when she arrives home only to find that there is a man in her

In government with all different religions on the leaders table, many arguments will
come to, as with different religions come different values. For example, the
Muslims would more than likely suggest that having more than one wife is not
considered bigamy and would make it law that one could have more than one. The
Christians would go against that, as they believe that only one wife is godly, and

College Pressures College pressures dominate our lives. They begin to levitate
around us and slowly derail our lives. William Zinsser elaborates about the college
pressures that modern generations are facing. He reveals multiple commonalities
that the typical college student encounters on a daily basis. Zinsser states, They
want a map right now that they can follow unswervingly to career security,

Many things from the past have brought about the way we live today. The history
of a big city has a tremendous affect of making our town a better place to live.
Architecture that was once full of life is currently standing but abandoned
downtown, in the city of Buffalo. These architectural pieces are what make
Buffalo so special and outstanding. It s not always about the new technological
advances and new buildings that are being built, but the ones with the older
memories that should be appreciated and looked at as a reminder of how Buffalo
came to be. The older buildings still make up a great part in this large city, whether
abandoned or not, they should still be admired as a piece of art in our history. The

to host this event. However on the contrary there are a lot of negative aspects that
occur when a nation hosts this event. While the event is taking place, from the
outside it looks like a state of the art, prestigious event that it is. Some of the

Franz Joseph Haydn (1732 1809), is one of the eminent composers of the Classical

which isolated him from the music world, but forced him to become original, as he
