have passed acts to help and encourage students to stay in school but it has not helped because so
many students still drop out each year (Joseph). Lowering the dropout rates will improve the lives
of many and will benefit the economy. This will require a lot of work because millions are
dropping out each year but by improving the school programs and adding programs to schools this
