MY OBJECTIVES
To work in a Leading Organization where I can polish my skills and serve the organization in the best
possible manner, I would always prepare myself for contributing in the progress of organization, the
development of the company would be my prime area of interest, It would help me to create a good
impression among my companions, I would use my ideology while working, So, I will come to know the
strength of my skills, Make every possible effort to perform duties with due care and competencies.
MY GOAL
My goal is continuous improvement (the lowest level thing the most one have a chance to be
improved to the better) lead to good and safe productivity which are the basis for customer satisfaction.
My plan to achieve this goal via teamwork strategy, well trained personnel, on job training, CAPA, re
validation if necessary, negotiation skills, communication skills, leadership, strategic management and
continuous encouragement in the work field.
My view is to make change and help others any way; Even if circumstances compelled me the maker of
the bridge crosses me with people to achieve the targets and in the public interest strategy.
