This document describes ERPsim, a serious game developed by researchers to teach enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business analytics. ERPsim simulates integrated business processes and transactions within an ERP system environment. By automating routine tasks, it allows students to focus on decision-making and collaboration. The ERPsim Lab's mission is to conduct research and development in this area. ERPsim has been used by over 47,000 students globally to help learn ERP concepts in a simulated business environment.

5. Discussion and conclusions
In this paper, we presented an innovative pedagogical approach (ERPSim) using PBL to teach operations
management in the context of integrated information systems that is authentic, ill-structured, student-
centered, and facilitator-driven. The realism of the ERPSim approach brings technology, operations man-
agement, and strategy together in one forum for learning.

The license includes

–– Ability to start and manage any of the game scenarios,
unlimited for the duration of the course.
