  3. We’ve also seen that personal happiness decreases as commutes increase. Commuting = financially costly, it causes stress, boredom, isolation, and anxiety…. health issues have their own financial costs.
  4. Today: Parking is just seen as a necessary requirement. New offices built with parking lots: space that may not be needed and only increases costs. Wonder how we’ll look back at these huge parking lots and spaces in years to come and wonder what we were thinking? Imagine all those cars right now outside. Anyone drive here today? Uber?
  5. What about from an environmental persepctive? Smog in London, China. London has a really bad air pollution. We all need to look at how we can start solving.
  6. But what do we need to change things? This is Los Angeles, a metro area that covers 100 square miles. Push a button and the average ride is less than 10 minutes away.
  7. We need to ensure the supply meet the demand from passengers even when it’s raining; after a football match; or late at night, after a long work day.
  8. London 30 percent of Uber rides end within 200 meters of a tube or train station in the outer boroughs during the morning rush hour. Night tube
