It facilitates vehicle management, including vehicle availability checks and recording trip expenses, while maintaining comprehensive documentation such as LR details and freight memos. The system also includes tools for managing consignor and consignee information, providing a robust solution for transportation operations.

2. Operation Module
The operation module of the eresource 3GL ERP deals with the day – to – day
transportation process without any intervention and in a controlled manner.
Customer Instructions have been captured into the system without any missing
information. Customer Order, Consignment Note, etc. all the details are captured in
system. You can generate a barcode number for each item before shipping, to make
system more convinient.

3. Customer Order
In Customer Order form on selection from Customer Name field the contract name is populated. One can import
files using Upload button having details of Customer Order.
One can directly upload the order in
excel format.

4. Recieve Customer Order
In recieve Customer Order all details of the order is captured such as contract name, Plant name, Plant Code, From
location, To location etc.
Also it has Other details tab where Product detail and Consignee Details are noted.

5. Customer Program Entry
Here Customer Program entry is done where customer name
and contract name,ID is entered and all details of product with
balance quantity, consignee name , To location ,From location,
etc. is populated.

6. Hub Master
Hub Master is details of sub locations coming in between two stations. Here one can enter the names of Hub to
track the location of vehicle.
From here you can
add Station Name and
distance of the hub
from that station.

7. LR
In LR (Lorrey Reciept) all details of vehicle, driver, LR are populated here. Bill is generated against this LR as it
contains all details of transaction such as vehicle used in transportation, drivers details, start date, to station, from
station etc.

8. LR Detail
LR detail have the consignee details, if vehicle is hired then Hire vehicle detail, also the loading details are captured. In
Material list Invoic no, invoice date, product name, freight On , no. of package its description, UOM weight etc are
noted.

9. LR- Documents
Documents which are sent with transhipment againt LR are listed here, where you can select which document is to be
sent. Here reference number, remark can also be added.

10. Reciepted LR Entry
This form include consignor details, consignee details,endorsement details etc. In Endorsement details all
details are captured such as arrival date/time,transit time, unloading time, etc.
Material list have invoice details,weight description .

11. Trip Expense
Trip expense covers all the details against the trip. All expenses are booked under one unique Trip Expense ID. It will
record the details of From station, To Station, Route name etc. This expense will also include the details of expenses
booked against empty return trip.

12. Return Load Entry
Return load entry have three main tabs which are Freight details, Material Details, Expense Details. It has
freight memo entry which includes Entry no, Vehicle no, unloading date and time, load out date and time etc
details.

13. Reciepted Return Load
When return load is recieved at its destination reciepted return load is generated which have the
details of freight and expenses required etc.

14. Freight Memo Generation
Freight memo is used for regular transactions of external vehicle. Transporter Vehicle Information is captured
here. It includes all details such as Freight memo details, LR details, Booking details,Advance details, Charge
details, etc.

15. Freight Memo Receipt
Freight memo receipt have the details of freight and balance details which have vehicle no, entry
date, broker date, challan status etc.
