2. Claim GRN
If Tyre had some issues with its working then it is send for Claim, after the issue has been
resolved theTyre is recieved by the owner after doing Claim GRN where all the details of the Tyre
and its issue with the status is been filled for record.

3. Scrap Approval(Job Card)
Job Card is made against all the tyre which are sent for scrap.Here all the details about the Scrap tyre with tyre
no., category, brand, manufacturer name,size and burst reason is mentioned in brief.

4. Job Card Closed
When the Job card is approved and the process starts according to job card,after completing it the
Job card gets closed and it is approved by the respective department head.

5. Send for Claim
When tyre is sent for claim, it is not necessary thet all the tyre available are sent for claim
too.First they are approved and then selected Tyre only are sent for Claim.

6. Stock Summery Report
The Stock summery report gives an idea about the stock present at the different locations
with opening and closing stock details.

7. NSD (Transition)
NSD is measured and recorded at the begining with the remark which helps in taking the
decision about the replacing the tyre in advance and also to procure.

8. NSD Print (Transition)
Current NSD is measured and recorded with the remark which helps in taking the decision
about the replacing the tyre in advance and also to procure. Here Km covered with the Tyre is
also mentioned .

9. Wheel Alignment (Transition)
Wheel alignment is the main and important thing to be taken care of in transportation business.Here
the vehicle alignment is checked and recorded.

10. Vehicle Trailer No. Report
Here the report is generated vehicle or trailer number wise. In which case all the
details of tyre with tyre number, status, tyre brand, tyre size is generated.

11. Vehicle Wise Report
Here the report of tyre is generated Vehicle wise such as details of vehicle come along when you
enter the tyre number.
