They saw declines in revenue, members, and exchanges compared to 2012 but had growth in these areas compared to the previous period. 2. They achieved around 50% of their fee collection goal on time and successfully handled a fire incident and received a 43% response rate to a survey. 3. Their reporting, cooperation with other offices, and use of management platforms like Podio met performance targets of 90% or higher. 4. Their account management saw improved satisfaction scores from partners and members met quality standards around contracting and use of Podio.
