3. Background
• The equal pay act of (1930),modifies the Fair labor
standard act of (1938).
• In 1944 the congress women Winifred C.Stanely the
research and development act but that was not
enforced.
• The Equal act prevents the employer form making the
difference among male and female workers.
• Equal pay act protects both male and female.
4. Equal pay act 1930 covers following
things
• Salary
• Overtime: If weekly working time increases
more then 40 hours.
• Bonuses
• Vacations
• Benefits
5. Rights of an employee
• Things that an employee should consider
before taking any action against the
employer:
• 1.Identify the highly employee's
qualification & experiance.
2. Observe his job duty.
6. Rights of an Employer
• A personal justifications of an employer in
which he can defend himself are follows:
1. The job(responsibility) is not similar.
2. The qualification, Experience.
3. Older people are preferred rather than
younger employees.
