Capgemini is currently using React to deliver a range of mobile, offline-first apps to a major UK car manufacturer. This talk will cover how we are transforming their supplier relationships, why we chose React over the alternatives, and how we create a reusable app architecture.
Motivation:
Why did we choose React over Angular and Meteor? How does React allow us to create a reusable app architecture?
What problem are we trying to solve?

Approach:
Early prototyping and proof of concepts to cover a lot of issues around offline storage and syncing of data. Working closely with product owners and product iteration.

TESTIMONIALS
Long’s Drug Stores
“Longs Drugs Stores has had the pleasure of working with ACC Environmental
since 1996. They have provided a wide variety of environmental consulting
services in a manner that has readily and consistently exceeded expectations.
They have demonstrated time and again a level of knowledge, reliability, and
professionalism that builds long-term, mutually beneficial client/vendor relations.”
“Since early 1997, ACC Environmental has been Longs preferred vendor for all
asbestos management related issues including employee training, hundreds of
site surveys, state-of-the-art site specific asbestos data management, and
abatement project management both large and small. From a client’s point of
view, ACC’s expertise and common-sense approach to asbestos management is
refreshing, avoids unnecessary expenditures and protects the client’s interests.”
“However... the best part about working with ACC is that their people are great to
work with and Longs Drugs Stores looks forward to working with them for many
years to come.”

Peralta Community College District
“ACC has performed services for the Peralta Community College District for over
15 years, including preparing asbestos surveys of our colleges, asbestos
abatement projects, and underground tank removal projects and monitoring.”
“Often the abatement projects have to be completed in a limited time frame when
classes are not in session. From our experience with ACC, we can be confident
that any project managed by them will be done on time and within budget. In
addition to formal projects, we have relied on ACC as our "on-call" specialists for
asbestos or other hazardous materials encountered in construction projects. They
are immediately responsive, professional, reliable, and highly recommended.”

“Asbestos, lead, mold and indoor air quality are just a few of the environmental
issues that the Multi Family Industry has to deal with. I have worked with ACC
Environmental for more than 10 years now. Their level of professionalism and
quick response has been something that I can always count on. Whether the
project is annual training of in house employees or response to an environmental

County of San Mateo
“I have been working with ACC for over 10 years. My first primary contact was
Tim Fallin, then Larry Everton and most recently Dave DeMent. In all my dealings
with ACC your performance in every way has been excellent. In the opinion of
several people I work with and who should know, Dave's work with DTSC almost
qualifies as a miracle. His efforts prompted DTSC to change their mind which lead
to saving a significant sum of money and more importantly saved us time.”
