quartered in Amarillo, Texas. It is 100% owed by Dwayne and Debbie
Hoving and was established in 2007.
Within a span of 6 years, ASB has grown to become a turnkey, self-per-
forming supplier of power construction services to meet the demands
of a“niche”market. In addition to its initial service offerings, the com-
pany added services in the wind farm construction sector and turnkey
construction services in the substation and transmission sectors. This
includes road construction, pad construction, excavation services,
electrical substation construction, lattice assembly and wire pulling for
transmission lines.

8. OURTEAM
Dr. Hoving serves as the Majority Partner and Presi-
dent for American Site Builders. In her six years as
President of ASB, she has provided overall corporate
management, leadership and continued investment.
Dr. Hoving’s career spans over sixteen years as an
entrepreneur and business owner. She has success-
fully managed three companies during her tenure
and continues to operate as a minority partner in two
other ventures.
Dr. Hoving is constantly committed to improving
the company’s business climate and culture for its
employees and customers. As the daughter of an
immigrant from the island of Trinidad and Tobago,
she is keenly aware of the challenges that individuals
face on a day-to-day basis to improve their lives and
remains vigilant in supporting them.
Dr. Hoving received a Bachelor of Science Degree from
St. Mary’s University and her Doctorate from the Uni-
versity of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio,
Texas. Most of all, being a mom is her greatest joy. She
enjoys spending time with her two daughters and
traveling with her family.
As the son of a developer and contractor, Dwayne
Hoving possesses a lifetime of experience in the con-
struction industry. His success as a Business Manager
and Entrepreneur spans 16 years across the public
and private sectors. Since 2007, Dwayne has served as
Co-Owner and CEO for American Site Builders. Prior
to joining ASB, Dwayne spent 12 years in the private
sector as Coordinator of Psychological and Behav-
ioral Services, providing clinical and administrative
leadership and oversight for a clinical staff; support-
ing 30,000 students and 3,000 educators. Dwayne is
Founder and Principal of River Bound, LLC, a private
real estate investment firm specializing in acquisition,
management and construction, which he oversees in
parallel to his role at ASB.
In addition to his professional experience, Dwayne
earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from
the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and a Master of
Science Degree from Our Lady of the Lake University.
It is his passion for deep sea and fly fishing, however,
that influences his leadership style of patience and
relationship building.
Greg Hanna is Chief Business Development Officer at
American Site Builders with responsibility for develop-
ing domestic and foreign business relationships. Prior
to joining American Site Builders he worked in strategic
business development and marketing with a multina-
tional company. During this time he played a crucial
role in building a multimillion dollar industry. Greg’s
greatest strengths are his drive, leadership, and dedica-
tion to success. He thrives on challenges, particularly
those that expand the company’s reach.
Greg holds a bachelors degree fromTexasTech Uni-
versity in Petroleum Land Management and minor in
geology. He resides in AmarilloTexas with his wife and
two sons. In his free time he enjoys remote fly fishing in
the Caribbean Sea while surrounded by friends.
