of the craft and the culture associated with it.
• Head office does all the official works, specially paper works. Co-
ordinates with the office in West bengal and Jharkhand for order
and delivery.
• Receives the designs from production unit and circulate it to the
other offices. A copy is sent to the Patna City office for further
production process taken care from there onwards
• Head office has a store which exhibits and sells the products .
• It has product development officer who analyze the
designs and makes suitable changes according to the
availability and feasibility.
• There is a research team and a sourcing team to study ,
analyze latest fashion. Design team, research team
contribute their inputs to help the sourcing team, so
that the sourcing is done according to the designer and
research team’s demand.
• Necessary pattern making and cutting are done .

CRAFT
• Research team focuses on the latest trends , the current and upcoming
fashion trends.
• The design team contributes towards the innovative fashion styling,
transforms the cultural motifs into contemporary designs, decides the
placements. The product development officer contributes if necessary
changes are required based on the feasibility.
• Freelance designer are also contacted to avail fresh designs in exchange of
good price.
• The sourcing team sources all the necessary raw materials from local
regions of Hazipur , Patna city market and places like Bhagalpur, and in
and around from West bengal and Jharkhand.
PROCESS
• The patterns and design placements are done in the production unit. Cutting
is done accordingly.
• The cut raw materials are transported to the regions where the embroidery
and painting will be made.
• Once the embroidery and paintings are done the panels and the products
are brought back to production unit. If stitching is required before the craft
work its done before else after .
• The product is finally processed and finished which is done by a third party.
• After it is finished it is transported to a ware house which is in Hazipur.
• From there its shipped according to the orders received from different
distributors and retail outlets .
PROCESS
• We will organize a meeting with the local people of the region
selected. We will invite them offering them lunch and snacks.
• In a small and brief presentation we will explain them their work
• All the employers will be selected based on their skill level.
• Training will be granted to them simultaneously with their work
• Their wages increases with the increase of speed and skill level,
provided the quality is not disturbed
• Special technical sessions will be granted accordingly at the
company’s expense.
• They will be granted freedom to sell their designs to us if they come
up with something new. A percentage of the profit will be granted
to them.
