students because strength of university is 30000 and approximately 45% to 50% are female

5. Almost all brands shop and plazas are build at university road and it is easy access of every area
of people in sargodha.we want to capture the university students as well because strength of
university is approximately 30000 and 45% to 50% are females of age group 18year and above
that belongs to Sargodha and other nearest cities and AL-REHMAN plaza is nearest to
university so our shop is in AL-REHMAN plaza , it is also near to other hostels, universities and
colleges so it can offer easy access of very type of customer .large number of people other than
students also visit the plaza. The parking area of this plaza is wide.
Supplier:
At initial stage we recommended one supplier that can supply cloth of different brands and
after sometime we increase the number of supplier to 2 or 3 that supply cloth of different
brands.
Accounts:
The nature of our business is quite different from other business in this type of business
approximately all transactions are done on cash basis. We can’t use the goodwill of our
business for the credit purchase so we purchase cloth on cash. It is important in our business
that all selling transactions are done on cash. There is no concept of credit sale in this nature of
business so there is no account payable and account receivable.

manage well then the profit turn into loss and if the idea is not much unique and innovated but
it is manage and plan well ( how we attract and deal with the customer, on which date

commercialized now on a small scale, only one shop is open in Sargodha: that why; business
