The Enova process takes the cotton that is discarded from the ends of yarns left on the spools
of weaving rooms and converts the otherwise unused fibers into viable cotton that can be
woven into finished goods.
These unused fibers
represent 12% of all
cotton grown and they
are typically discarded
into toxic landfills.
This innovative process
saves millions of gallons
of water. By distilling
and reusing 98% of all
water back into the new cycle
of the process.
Clean manufacturing ensures
Zero Discharge of harmful
chemicals into the eco system
6. WATER CONSERVATION
Water used in the dying and finishing
process is recycled,distilled, and
reused. Representing 96% of total use.
ECO-FRIENDLY CHEMICALS
Dyestuffs, detergents and finishing
chemicals are GOTScertified and
biodegradable. Our dyes are
Oeko-Tex certified.

7. The brilliance of the Enova Process™ is how the yarns are prepared for weaving. Through the
proper formula of mixing ingredients of the 17 sources of unused cotton prior to weaving,
the product development team can create and prescribe specifications to produce any type of
textile product for apparel or home furnishings that is, by definition, truly sustainable.

9. The “ANTI-MICROBIAL” technology
SHIELDTHE EN VA
EPA REGISTERED
Preventing the growth of odor causing bacteria, mold, mildew, algae and yeast. The
innovative Enova Shield™ acts as a bed of microscopic spikes that pierce the cell walls
of these microbes. This product is not a cleaner or a disinfectant, but instead is a totally
new approach to providing lasting antimicrobial protection.
Here is how Enova Shield™ is different. One end of its molecule creates a strong
bond with a multitude of surfaces, forming a highly durable protective coating. The
other end of the molecule forms a microscopic bed of molecular spikes which puncture
microbes just as the spike strips law enforcement officers lay across highway to puncture
the tires of fugitives' vehicles. Since Enova Shield™ physically ruptures the cell walls
of these microbes, there are no poisons to be exhausted and no "super bugs" are created
These spikes are long, pointed chains of atoms that are big enough to pierce the cell walls
of various microbes. Being only about one thousandth the diameter of a human hair,
they are too small to harm the larger cells of mammals. Additionally, these chains of
atoms carry a strong positive charge that attracts and executes negatively charged bacteria.
Enova Shield™ is non-poisonous to humans and animals. Enova Shield™ has been
found to be an effective and durable antimicrobial surface protectant.

THE PATENTED PROCESSEN VA
Focussed on improving textile products throughout the world Elliott Lightman, prior
to his work in developing and patenting the Enova process, made tremendous
advancements through his inventions with textile products including the development
of triaxle weaving which creates extremely strong fabrics used to produce bullet
proof vests. Additionally, he developed a technique to weave 100% cotton "no wrinkle"
permanent press pants as well as a process for washable wool pants.
With all of his background, Lightman had a strong awareness for and an interest in
developing new concepts for fabrics. In 2005, he read an article about a study in the
Harvard Business Review that had begun in 1993 that compared truly sustainable
companies that were, by definition, "green" to non-sustainable organizations.
In this article, Lightman learned that in a ten year period the "green" companies were
far more profitable and remained in business longer that some of the non-green
competitors. The theory of the "green" companies was to maximize the use of products
and services they already had creating greater profitability.
Dedicating more than a decade Elliott Lightman introduces
