Illegal immigration has negative economic and social impacts according to the document. It strains employment opportunities for citizens when illegal immigrants take jobs at below minimum wage. This also increases unemployment among citizens. Illegal immigration burdens the healthcare system and costs taxpayers billions to fund education and incarceration of illegal immigrants.
