5. About Poet
Jhon Keats was born in London on 31
October 1795, the eldest of Thomas and
France Jennings Keat's four children
.Although he died at the age of 25, Keats
had perhaps the most remarkable career
of any English poet. He published only
fifty-four poems, in three slim volumes
and a few magazines but over his short
development he took on the challenges
6. of a wide range of poetic forms
from the Sonnet, to the
Spenserian romance ,to the
Miltonic epic, defining a new their
possibilities with his own
distinctive fusion of earnest
energy, control of distinctive
perspectives and forces, poetic
self-consciousness and
occasionally, dry ironic wit.
7. Justification of
the title
In this poem, 'A Thing of Beauty', the poet
describes the glory of beautiful things of the
world. A thing of beauty is a joy forever. Keats
was a worshipper of beauty. For him beauty was
truth and truth was beauty. Worldly life is full
of hard ships, heart breaks and
disappointments. Yet, beauty removes the ugly
sheets of sorrows and sufferings, sadness and
pain. There is a ceaseless flow of heavenly
beauty pouring into our souls and making us
happy day and night.
Thus, the title of the poem is quiet suitable.
8. A thing of beauty is
joy forever:
its loveliness
increases; it will
never pass into
nothingness.
~ John Keats

Beauty' composed by John Keats is that-
The poem 'A Thing of Beauty' gives us a
message that a thing of beauty is a joy
forever. It never ends. A thing of beauty
gives us encouragement to go forward and
work hard. Our earth is full of
innumerable beautiful things. A thing of
beauty moves away the pall of misery,
sorrow and disappointments of our life.
The mighty deads are also a thing
10. Of beauty because
they had done their
best for the society. All
the beautiful things
are like an endless
fountain, send by god.
