This document provides information about a comparative analysis project conducted by a group of students on two dried meat businesses - Tuck Kee Dried Meat in Penang, Malaysia and Oloiya Dried Meat in Klang Valley, Malaysia. The project involved interviewing the two businesses to collect information on their competitive traits such as products offered and market share. The analysis found that while Tuck Kee Dried Meat is a long-standing local business, Oloiya Dried Meat has a higher popularity nationally due to its many outlets across Malaysia. Both businesses do offer international export services.
