This document discusses employer-led models (ELM) for engaging industries in HIV/AIDS prevention and care efforts for migrant workers in India. • It is never possible to get the exact magnitude of the
HIV

• There are no immediate and exclusive symptoms of
HIV
• Discussion on sexual issues is a taboo
