  • #12 What were here to talk about today is how we use EngageTech to make engagement more effective engagement - Engagement activities = generate information and relationships So I encourage you when you think about engagement to think beyond events, Facebook and shiny new toys and consider the way these techniques can support you to do your business and serve your community more effectively Consider fundamentals – key is to not create work when you use technology – inefficiencies of gathering information, tracking information – managing issues such as privacy and records keeping Then there’s how much we value input from various means/what is a submission – but lets not go there too much today…
