2. Inside Rooms:
Boilers consume a lot of energy during (Keep Warm) mode.

Proposed Solution:
Using small and efficient
water heater Which
disconnect electricity
automatically when the
water reach boiling.

4. Clothes Washing room:
Three hours washing operations is to much energy
consuming and increase my requirement.
Proposed Solution:
Provide more short and fast washing programs.

5. Restaurant
Water taps are manual which consume a lot
of water each day.

Proposed Solution:
Replace the manual
water taps with
automatic water taps.

7. Air conditioners:
The external units of air conditioners is not
protected from the sun heat and light.
Proposed Solution:
Provide a shade construction or umbrella for
protection.

8. Expedition & reception areas:
Lights of both expedition
and reception areas are
turned on during the day.

Proposed Solution:
If it is necessary to keep the lights for
expedition and reception area on, it can be
replaced with PV panel , Charging/recharging
batteries, and led lamps

10. Central area:
Use the continues sun light at this area for energy
production by PV.

11. Stairs lighting:
The stairs lights are turned on during the day light.
Proposed Solution:
It should be turned off during the day and
equipped with sensors for lighting during the night

12. Most of windows:
Most widows are not energy efficient.
Proposed Solution:
Replace the recent windows and glass with energy
efficiency ones.

13. Corridor lights in 3rd floor:
Corridor lights are turned on during the day.
Proposed Solution:
It can be equipped with sensor for turning on/off.

14. Roof Gas Water heater:
It can be replaced with solar heater.
