The following is an abbreviated version of my lecture on non-Jewish victims of the Holocaust. It was built for the Virginia Social Studies convention 2009.
A simple and short Powerpoint Presentation on one of the most important civil rights activist humanitarian Dr.Martin Luther King, Jr. who fought no-violently to stop racial discrimination and segregation.
This presentation provides a general history of American slavery (with greater emphasis on its development than on its antebellum incarnation) to give students some understanding of the institution. It is the fourth in a series of presentations designed for college students in a seminar on The Civil War and Reconstruction. Students will spend more time engaging antebellum slavery (the slavery that is more familiar to most Americans) in class.

in year 6 we were researching the history of the Tolpuddle Martyrs. We used Safari and Keynote to present our answers to research questions. We tried to present the work as our own and not just cut and paste from the internet.

This is a presentation on Non Jewish Victims of the Holocaust. In addition to the Approximately 6 million Jews that were murdered, there were other groups that were Holocaust victims, including 3.3 million Soviet POW's; about 300,000 Gypsies or Roma; 2 million non Jewish Poles; 250,000 mentally and physically disabled; 15,000 homosexuals; 5,000 Jehovah’s Witnesses, and an untold number of Roman Catholics. (The Nazi authorities in the concentration camps usually did not record the religious affiliation of a prisoner, with the exception of the Jehovah Witnesses; therefore, it is difficult to reliably estimate the total number of Catholic victims who were persecuted or killed because of some action or position connected to their Catholic faith).
This is a presentation I created for a class that I just took on the Holocaust. In addition to the 6 million Jewish victims of the Holocaust, my presentation includes information about the 3.3 million Soviet POW's; about 300,000 Gypsies or Roma; 2 million non Jewish Poles; 250,000 mentally and physically disabled; 15,000 homosexuals; 5,000 Jehovah’s Witnesses, and an untold number of Roman Catholics. He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.
