Dose:- 2mg/kg
Action:- Produce calming effect,
relaxing skeletal muscle and induce
sleep.
Dose:- 0.1mg/kg, Max. 0.3mg/kg
Action:- Rapidally accumulates in
vascular organs producing
unconsciousness within 30 sec.
Dose/Route:- 0.3mg/kg iv or typical
adult dose of 20 mg
Action:- It increases patient tolerance
to pain and decrease perception of pain
