32 year old infertile lady married 2 years back
with h/of severe dysmenorrhoea since 3 years
pelvic pain since 2 years,no urinary & bowel
symptoms
USG shows 5 cm homogenous hyperechoic cyst
in left ovary
Investigations of partner are normal
What will be the management?
