1. Once a candidate is placed with a client, we will check-in after
the first week and then every month after to ensure our client
and candidate are both pleased with the hiring decision. The
occasional instance will occur when a candidate does not pass a
company’s probation or temp-to-hire period for whatever reason. We
will attempt to get feedback from both parties to be able to intervene or
provide training techniques.
If the assignment does have to end early, we will discuss with the client
if they would like us to end the assignment confidentially at the end of
the day or set it up for a specific date. Some clients would like to end
the assignment with the candidate on their own and that is perfectly fine
as well. We handle assignments ending in a professional manner with
our candidates and provide necessary feedback for future success.
How does the staffing service handle ending assignments
early when a temp is not performing as expected for a client?
