3. Why Forrester Mckenzie…
We Listen
Clients of Forrester Mckenzie can expect a truly professional, honest and tailor made service. We listen carefully to your
requirements and take time to try and understand the culture of your business so we can successfully deliver on a long
term basis.
We are Professional
We protect your brand and ensure your reputation is enhanced when we talk to candidates. We have over 30 years’
combined experience in the recruitment arena. Time has helped us hone our skills and better understand what clients
and candidates really look for in an agency partner.
We Tailor our Services
As a small, independent recruitment agency, you are not just another client or candidate on our database, you are an
integral part of what we do. To us, each role is different and we treat every person like an individual, not a number. We
work to your needs in order to achieve your goals.
We Build Relationships
We look at the long term view, not just the short term goal. We are always happy to meet with clients to discuss their
recruitment plans, both immediate and in the future. We are also happy to do more than the standard recruiter does:
Market Research, Salary Survey, advice on job specs and CVs etc.
We Get Results
What we do isn’t unique, but what we do for our clients and candidates, we do to the best of our ability every time.
Ultimately our role is a simple one – to find you the best possible person for your job in the most cost-effective way.
4. Clients – What we do for you…
The recruitment process takes a huge amount of time, it involves advertising, CV screening, interviewing
and finally selecting suitable candidates for a job vacancy. Many firms will find that they just do not have
the time or manpower to do all of this - which is where we come in handy.
What we do for you:
Advertising – We will speak with each client to find out precisely what you are looking for; what skills are needed for the vacancy,
what experience is required for this role, what is the company’s work culture? Once we have all the information, we will advertise on the
many job boards we are registered with – saving you the time and money in having to do so yourselves
CV Screening – Once the job has been advertised, you can expect dozens of applications, many of which may not even be relevant
to your role. We save you time by sifting through these ourselves. We will narrow these down to the most relevant candidates
Candidate Screening – Of these candidates, we will call/meet each of them to find out more about what they are looking
for, what they are like and ultimately whether they will be able to do the job. We will whittle down these candidates even more and finally
send you only the best and most relevant candidates
Interview Process – You’ve reviewed these CVs and you have decided you want to meet with the candidates, we will then help
you arrange the first interview. We will ensure the candidate knows when the interview is, where they are going, what they need to bring and
with whom they are meeting. If they are successful, great – we will then help you arrange a second interview. If you feel that they candidate is
not right for your vacancy, we will inform them of this, letting them know your feedback (let’s face it, no one likes making this call, but
again, one of the benefits of using an agency means you will never have to)
Negotiation – You’ve seen the candidate, you’ve liked the candidate - does the candidate like you? Many candidates like the job and
the company, but want to negotiate the salary, the hours, the location etc. Our job is to address all of these issues, so that if you do decide
you want to hire the candidate, there will be no surprises when it comes to the offer
Offer – You’ve met the candidates again for a second interview, you want to hire the candidate. A job offer is sent – success!
