1. AIM : To implement encoder and decoder on CADENCE software
Tools Used : Cadence NC-SIM
Theory : An encoder is a device, circuit, transducer, software program, algorithm or person
that converts information from one format or code to another, for the purposes of
standardization, speed or compressions. Decoder is a combinational logic circuit that converts a
binary integer value to an associated pattern of output bits.

Applications:
In the early days of "radio control", before these coding ICs were available, radio
controlled garage doors sometimes opened themselves when they received
transmissions from a plane passing overhead or a two-way radio operating in the area.
Encoding and decoding is now used in most wireless control systems to prevent this type
of interference.
