 Throughout the course of our subject
Empowerment Technology, I have gained a
plethora of knowledge and skills that have
greatly empowered me in the field of
technology. From lesson 1 to lesson 8, I have
learned about various topics such as
multimedia, ICT project planning, research
skills, social advocacy, video production,
website development, and website analytics.
These lessons have provided me with a
comprehensive understanding of the
importance of technology in our lives and the
significant impact it can have on society. In
this reflection, I would like to delve deeper
into my learnings and how they have helped
me grow both personally and professionally.


 In our first lesson , I was introduced to the vast world
of multimedia and its applications in diverse fields.
The lesson provided me with a comprehensive
overview of multimedia types, including videos,
sound, music or audio, online games, online tests,
podcasts, vodcasts, and courseware. As a student, I
found the lesson particularly engaging as I was
already familiar with some of the multimedia
contents mentioned.

In our second lesson, I was introduced to
the essential skills required to plan and
conceptualize an ICT project effectively.
The lesson covered topics such as the
concept paper, SMART goals, and
audience profiling. I found the concept
paper particularly interesting, as it serves
as a summary of projects or issues that
contemplate interests, experience, and
expertise that commonly serves as a
purpose of delivering an in-depth
discussion of a certain topic that a person
has a strong position on.
Furthermore, the lesson emphasized the
importance of following the key points
of making a concept paper, which
includes rising with a concept topic,
creating possible solutions, classifying
what kind of data is needed, and
identifying how to analyze, interpret, and
present the overall data gathered.
Overall, the lesson was engaging and
informative in providing me with the
necessary skills to plan and
conceptualize my own ICT project
effectively

9. Throughout our topic in lesson 3, I have learned the significance of
research skills in creating new knowledge and understanding,
especially in the context of social advocacy. The ability to gather,
analyze, and interpret information is valuable in decision-making and
gaining more experiences and knowledge. In addition, I have learned
that audience profiling is essential in identifying the demographics
and psychographics of the intended audience. Infographics are also a
powerful tool in presenting research findings as they help convey
complex ideas in a simple and effective way. The steps involved in
creating an infographic include outlining goals, collecting data,
visualizing data, layout design, and adding style.

23. As a senior high student, I have come to realize the
immense impact of Information and Communication
Technology (ICT) on various sectors. Through our last
lesson, one of the most significant contributions of ICT
is in the field of education. With the current pandemic,

allows us to access information through various modes
like Google classroom, online presentations,
collaborative tools, social media, website creation, and
e-portfolios.
