for a minimal increase in benefits.

  • 10. 65.20% 34.80% Do you have close friends at work? Yes No Respondents have largely shown to be happy at work. This and the following slide also indicate that they are engaged, as well. The response has been overwhelmingly favorable to recommending their organization as a place to work and placing a high importance on doing the job well. The following slide demonstrates that most respondents have been with their current organization long- term and would not be quick to leave for a minimal increase in benefits. *Studies have shown that people are more productive if they have a close friend at work. And not only are they more productive, they’re more likely to stay with the organization longer if they have close friends.
