Absenteeism is a habitual pattern of
absence from a duty .
 Employee absenteeism is faced by
each and every Company.
 Absenteeism is a big problem and it
really needs to be controlled.


OBJECTIVE OF STUDY
To know reasons & effects of
absenteeism of workers & employees.
 To analyze reasons behind
absenteeism

SCOPE OF STUDY
It will give a precise summary to the
scholar
 This will prove a helpful hand to the
organization by implementing the
conclusion & recommendation given
under the study.
 This is a brief description which will
clear various doubts of the concerned
topic.

Research Methodology
Initial survey of literature
 Defining or selecting the research
problem
 Specification of the information required
 Design of the research project
 Sample design
 Execution of the project
 Analysis of data
 Arriving at generalization; and
 Preparation of the report

LIMITATIONS OF STUDY










The duration of my study was 8 weeks, so I
cannot cover all the functions of H.R.
department
Lack of proper communication with
employees as they are having much work
load
Lack of information from employees.
Lack of time for deep study of matters.
More workloads on the employees make
them busy.
The objective of study could not be
accomplished properly.
The drawn conclusion is not final, further
study can be carried out

CONCLUSION


It always tries to develop the human
resources. In the absence of man all
things will not be properly utilized. So
it always ensures good leave policy to
reduce work interruption
