Feeling:
- Hiring is a time
consuming and
exhaustive activity.
- Finding right mix
qualities is difficult.
Saying:
- we need good people, to join our team.
- Grads passing out of university have high
salary demands.
- Lot of work is there but hiring is a time
consuming process.
- Right fit is need of the hour to stay in
business.
- Training is a big activity in our company.
DO:
- We go on campus interviews to hire
young grads.
- We have a separate training cell and a
program to mould grads as per our
requirements and industry standards.
- We have a job portal as well we talk to
recruiters expressing our demand.
Company/Recruitment officer needs a way to find talented, motivated
young grads to come on board.
