3. SUMMARY OF THE CASE
Mr. Vasudeva was an Chief Executive of M/s Vikas Pvt. Ltd , having a great quality of
leadership, honesty and hard work as well was an outstanding performer for
development of the new product line ,especially in the area of compressors-cum-vacuum
pumps.
While working with foreign collaborators, as a result they convinced him to redesign the
said model and afterwards he for the completion of the work he made himself totally
depend on there best foreman i.e. Mr. Hanuman.
Mr. Hanuman was a loyal person as well good to his sub-ordinates, so when the task
given to him regarding the redesign it was clearly stated that no one will brought the
task’s secret in front of Mr. Keshav(New work manager(GM)).

Mr. Keshav was titled with a nickname as “Real Firebrand” of the company as he was
the person who laid stress on people supervisory as well duty oriented person and hater
of indiscipline.
Everything was going well and accordingly, but one evening Keshav found out that
except a single worker everyone were engaged in working as per the order of Mr.
Vasudeva.
He questioned the workers that on whose terms they are engaged in the task which was
actually not the normal parts of their work.
Keshav didn’t know about the task given by Vasudeva, as a result he got annoyed and
demanded as to what they were doing and whose instructions all of them are engaged
with.

Afterwards Mr. Keshav scolded Mr. Hanuman for the same and demanded for the (SCN)
show cause notice from him and then because of this Hanuman got sad as well
confused.
Later on Mr. Hanuman thought to report to Mr. Vasudeva but found the same as dead
end and thought to resign then handed over his resignation to the GM.
Besides the quality of honesty and dedication Hanuman was also holding a
weakness of being too much sensitive and emotional.
At the end workers and other employees went for the strike regarding justice for
Hanuman.
6. RELEVANT QUESTION
What was Mr. Hanuman’s fault?
According to the said case there was no big fault of Mr. Hanuman but he didn’t
managed the time according to the guidelines.

1. Wouldn’t have resigned ,
2. Tried to clarify and express the actual situation to Mr. Keshav,
3. Controlled my emotions,
4. Find the solution of the problem,
5. Would run off from the situation and
6. Must have took time.
