Fred Dillon and Janxin Leu of HopeLab explore the science of resilience, our ability to bounce back from adversity and how mobile technology can be designed to support resilience in young people. Learn about one app development project in particular that combined insights from a proven school-based program, user-centered design approaches, and collaboration with researchers to design a new tech tool that helps youth build resilience-enhancing skills.
