- Process & Balance Credit (Travellers Cheques – Sales/Debit mails (Travellers
Cheques – Purchases).
- Settle sales of American Express, Visa and Mastercard Travellers Cheques
- Balance Nostro (overseas bank account conducted here but held with our
overseas correspondent banks)/Vostro (Our Kina account conducted overseas
but held here) daily.
- Reconcile Nostro Accounts
- Correspondence via Swift/Fax messages with overseas correspondence banks.

2) 2001 – Feb, Relieved NCDC Internal Chief Auditor’s Secretary for 3 weeks
May – Recalled by NCDC Human Resources to replace Internal Auditor’s
Secretary and whilst awaiting arrangements/confirmation, assisted at
Human Resources in anyway I could and also relieved Secretaries for
NCDC Health Division for a week and returned to Human Resources.
