Nothing is as constant as the change. The more physical an experience is, the more impact we can expect. Neuroscience has proofed the phenomenon of neuroplasticity. The more senses are involved in an experience, the more impact we have in our brain and therefore in our perception of reality.

All great, yet:
The ability to adapt to change, improve flexibility and develop an
attitude of openness towards unknown territory will not work on
an intellectual understanding only !
Neuroscience has proved, that we can change much faster and
more sustainable, when we include our senses:
When we make our experience a physical one, including movement,
conscious (!) emotions and excitment, we change on a cellular
level.
Eg. a shallow breath will never enable our body to serve us with
hormons responsible for joy, relaxation and pleaure. If we resist,
change we will never feel comfortable or positive. We waste the
energy to fight reality which will never work.
When we enter a new cycle of change, it is much easier to succeed if
we establish an attitude of curiousity.

3. Embracing the change: Moving meditation in 5 rhythms.
Developed by Gabrielle Roth in the 70ies in the US, has it´s roots
in the dance therapy
I guide you through the 5 phases of a typical change circle. This
can be a project, a relationship, a journey, a year, a season, a day,
a kiss, a cycle of anything, the whole life even..
The rooster energy supports the pocess of change.
The rooster is full of energy, breaks rules and focusses on execution.
