To embed a Google Form in a SchoolFusion teacher page: 1. Create the form in Google Docs and select "Embed" to copy the embed code. 2. In SchoolFusion, edit the HTML source of a new blog post and paste in the embed code. 3. Adjust the width and height of the embedded object and publish the blog post as a "Multimedia Blog" for the form to display. Any future form edits must be done in Google Docs, not directly in SchoolFusion.

2. Create your Form In Google Docs select New >Form

4. Choose Embed When finished Choose the embed option and copy the embed link

7. SchoolFusion Teacher Blog Select Add a New Blog

9. Insert Embedded Object You have to edit the HTML to insert embedded objects. To do this select SOURCE. Then right click and paste the embed code.

12. Width & Height You may have to adjust the width and height of the embedded object to get the right look. This may require several looks and edits.

14. Publish Publish and select Multimedia Blog from the toolbar

17. Correcting Errors If you find you have an error in your form, the error can be edited Dynamically in Google Docs, NOT from your SchoolFusion Page. Go back to your Google Form and edit.

19. Save Edits After you edit and save, a refreshed page should reflect the new form.
