Create your Form In Google Docs select New >Form
 
Choose Embed When finished Choose the embed option  and copy the embed link
 
 
SchoolFusion Teacher Blog Select Add a New Blog
 
Insert Embedded Object You have to edit the HTML to insert embedded objects.  To do this select SOURCE.  Then right click and paste the embed code.
 
 
Width & Height You may have to adjust the width and height of the embedded object to get the right look.  This may require several looks and edits.
 
Publish Publish and select Multimedia Blog from the toolbar
 
 
Correcting Errors If you find you have an error in your form, the error can be edited Dynamically in Google Docs, NOT from your SchoolFusion Page.  Go back to your Google Form and edit.
 
Save Edits After you edit and save, a refreshed page should reflect the new form.
