Nurudeen AbdulAzeez receives around 70 emails daily as the Head of Quality Assurance for an IT company. He acknowledges emails immediately but may respond later if not urgent. Before going on leave, he sets an automatic out of office reply to notify senders he's unavailable and delegates authority to another person. This prevents emails from piling up while away. Upon returning, any emails received are for information only. He prioritizes urgent and important emails first by organizing emails into folders and setting rules in Outlook and Gmail. For personal emails, he reads, deletes or saves them immediately rather than letting them accumulate.
