This document describes Elix, a social impact incubator for teen entrepreneurs. It outlines problems like low rates of entrepreneurship education in high schools and barriers for low-income teens. Elix aims to broaden access to entrepreneurship, teach sustainable business practices, and launch companies addressing social issues. The incubator provides resources across four phases to help ventures launch and grow. Elix will partner with schools and organizations to recruit applicants and compete with other incubators and traditional business incubators. It projects serving over 500 teens by 2018 and launching 30 ventures.
