Kyle Gibson is looking forward to volunteering and working alongside others for the next few weeks. He has experience volunteering with various youth programs and enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, swimming, and playing sports. His goals are to gain experience in a classroom by observing a teacher's management style and participating in accommodations for students with learning disabilities.

3. About Me!
• I love keeping busy with outdoor activities. Just a few things I’ve been
doing lately are hiking the High Peaks of the Adirondacks,
swimming/kayaking, camping, and fishing. I play soccer, basketball,
and snowboard in the winter. I have two younger brothers and two
dogs back home. I am a current full time student at SUNY Potsdam.

4. Personal Goals
• This will be my first experience sitting in and working in a classroom. I
hope to observe a teacher’s approach to classroom management and
problem solving. I hope to gain confidence in front of a class. I would
like to observe and participate in accommodations for students with
learning disabilities. I plan on accomplishing these goals by observing
and working with a professional educator.
