Katelynn Riley has extensive experience teaching elementary and middle school mathematics. She received her Bachelor's degree in elementary education from Ball State University, graduating magna cum laude. Her teaching experience includes three years as a fifth grade teacher, where she taught mathematics to three classes each year and implemented project-based learning. She has also student taught fifth grade and has experience tutoring and mentoring K-12 students.

Teaching Experience
I have had three types of diverse classroom structure experiences in my short teaching career. I
completed my student teaching in a self-contained classroom. My first teaching year, I taught math,
science, and economics to two classes. Then, due to new leadership, my school changed to a period
schedule where I taught mathematics to three classes each year.
