Eleanor of Aquitaine was married to two kings of France, King Louis VII and later King Henry II, with whom she had two sons who became kings of England, Richard and John. She went on crusade with Louis VII but had their marriage annulled, and later married Henry II, though he imprisoned her for revolting against his rule.
