Completeness
• Message must be complete & take in consideration audience mindset
, Background & all conditions.
• Complete communication features:
• It develops good reputation of an organization.
• It gives always additional information wherever required. Answer all
questions in receiver mind.
• It helps good decision making from audience as they received all data
needed.
Conciseness
• Conciseness means wordiness, convey in least possible words. It has
following features:
• Time saving & also cost saving.
• It underlines & highlights the main message without excessive words.
• Concise message is more appealing & comprehensible to audience.
• Concise message isn’t repetitive in nature.
Consideration
• Consideration implies to (Stepping in the shoes of other) part of
empathy.
• Considerate communication features:
• Emphasize on “you” approach.
• Emphasize with the audience & exhibit interest in audience. This
stimulate positive reaction from them.
• Show optimism toward your audience .Emphasize in what is possible
instead of what is impossible.
Clarity
• Clarity implies emphasizing on a specific message or a goal at a time
rather than trying to achieve too much at once.
• Clarity communication feature:
• It makes understating easier.
• Complete clarity of thoughts & ideas enhance the meaning of
message.
Concreteness
• Concrete communication implies being particular & clear rather than
fuzzy & general. Concreteness strengthens the confidence. Concrete
communication features:
• It is support with facts & figures.
• It makes use of words that are clear & that build the reputation.
• Concrete message are not misinterpreted.
Courtesy
• Courtesy in the message implies the message should show the
sender’s expression as well as the respect for the receiver. The sender
of the message should be polite,Judicious,reflective & enthusiastic.
• Courtesy implies taking into consideration both viewpoints as well as
feeling of receiver.
• Courteous message is positive & focus on audience.
