EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
It reveals that whenever you are talking or conveying a message you should be precise &
effective too. It should have a great impact on the audience so that they can understand it.
While communicating with a person your words do matter as it is important to draw the
attention of people towards you & listen to you.
Communication Gap
According to me it can be related to a job interview. You should always understand the
question first & then react to the situation. Your mind should always be focused towards your
objective.
FEEDBACK
Today in the class I studied about non verbal communication. What I learnt was it is the
communication which I do by my body movements. If we draw a bar graph it says 55% is your
body language, 38% vocalies & 7% words. I got to know a new word i.e. KOPPACT. Where K is
for Kinesic, O for Oculesics, P for Proxemics, P Paralanguage, A for Artifacts, C for Chronemics &
T stands for Tactile. Overall It include your physical movement, attitude, your style of wearing
clothes i.e. one cannot wear shorts while going into a office. You can hug your friends in your
office but not your bose. Your eyes movement do matter. It really reflects you personality. So
non verbal communication does play a big role in your professional life.
