Emotional Inteligences

2.  This theory came into existence in 1990.
 Psychologist, Mayer and Salovey (1993) ,
introduce the concept of emotional
intelligences in the early 1990s, and
considered this as “a type of social
intelligences that involves the ability to
monitor one´s own and other’s emotions
,to discriminate among them and to use
the information to guide one´s thinking
and actions “
