I provide advanced level technical support services to clients involving troubleshooting arising issues with
hardware components, computer networking components such as network routers, wireless data access points,
electronics, wiring systems, computer software programs, printers, document management systems, employee
accounts, databases, and working to resolve these problems and maintaining these systems to be in fully
operational order at all times. I am a successful IT Specialist with over 10 years at driving critical organizational

that left the company and remove computers from isolation if needed in Sophos, google admin support for
email in G panel admin console g.bettercloud and app.bettercloud manage engine remote control OKTA admin,
Setting up network printers, troubleshooting various other technical issues and providing support, mapping
network drives and VPN support assistance connecting to VPN and assistance setting up multifactor
authentication and administration. Cisco Meraki network switch monitoring and tracking users who connect at
various locations across the country at satellite offices monitor IP address and DHCP server connections and find
printers that are connected to the network and setup the print drivers on their system so they can print.

Worked on a technical support team for project involving CPS (Chicago Public Schools) providing technical
support directly to schools on site, troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware various laptop computer
hardware replacement of screens, keyboards, motherboards. Adding and setting up networks, connecting
laptops to network printers, managing Apple Ipads using MDM platform and JAMF. Re-imaging laptop
computers with updated windows 10 image and testing to make sure machine performs to specs.
04/2020 – 10/2021 Independent Consultant Chicago, IL
Self-grown network of clientele, through referrals and previous employers, to whom I provide computer repair
services, both onsite and remotely. Scope of works includes but is not limited to:
Installation and setup of software as well as operating systems such as Microsoft Windows
Network router setup and troubleshooting connectivity issues

07/2017 - 04/2020 MVTRAC Computer Systems Specialist
I was troubleshooting ALPR (Automated Licence Plate Recognition) camera systems hardware, and testing to
insure low probability of in the field failure. Providing technical support for all systems including but not limited
to laptop hardware, wireless modems, GPS antennas, Power Over Ethernet, IP cameras, vehicle electrical wiring
diagrams testing and troubleshooting, building wiring kits for systems ready to be deployed, Internal database
support and monitoring.
10/2014 - 06/2017 Grainger Niles, IL. Systems Analyst Level 2
I provided over the phone and remote technical support for wide range of systems and technical issues for
Grainger OSSC (onsite service specialist correspondent). I was troubleshooting connectivity and hardware issues
with Cribmaster vending machines robotic carousel vending system as well as coil dispensing machines.
Troubleshooting and provided solutions to problems with communications and computer hardware problems
such as internet protocol connectivity issues. I programmed barcode scanners, RFID scanners, configuration and
calibration testing and setup. I am able to read wiring schematics diagrams perform testing of motors and other
robotic servos electro-mechanical components repair and order replacements.
I performed maintenance Cribmaster Database, and support business objects in the database to correlate to the
function of the Cribmaster vending machines such as bin capacities and quantities and account information on
employees. I assisted users and access control issues with craft codes as well as troubleshooting login and user
access. I assisted in support for integration with other systems such as proprietary clearspider database which is
utilized for inventory tracking and parts ordering through various platforms including iPhone and android.
Application for scanning barcodes associated with the created program accounts. I was providing Clearspider
database support to verify if order information has transferred to SAP system for shipment. I provided support to
customers of Grainger to fill their vending machines with MRO inventory such as tools and safety equipment.

I provided remote system administration and support for wide range of computer systems. Active directory
support authenticating users and reset of windows machine passwords, added users to server access groups,
adding machines to the domain controller and setting up policies and creating user profiles. AS400 mainframe
administrator assisting in user maintenance and password resets. I facilitated Oracle database user support and
maintenance. I assisted users with Siebel password encryption user authentication and creating passwords for
data portal. I provided supporter for IBM Maximo user account maintenance and password resets. I maintained
and facilitated Citrix support unlocking user accounts and resetting user’s passwords. I was involved in providing
troubleshooting Internet and Wi-Fi connectivity issues. I provided System password recovery for Lotus Notes,
Outlook. VPN server and client support and VPN token calibration operations resync with Black shield server.
Utilizing Cryptocard hardware and I am skilled and certified for using ITSM Ticketing System utilizing Remedy
knowledge database for support.
01/2008 – 06/2009 Impact Networking Chicago, IL. Kyocera Mita Certified Field Engineer
I provided technical support and field service for Kyocera Mita color laser multi-function printers and document
management systems. Travel to customer location and diagnosed and provided troubleshooting of Kyocera laser
copiers. Replaced damaged and worn out rollers, bearings, electromagnetic clutches, gear packs, circuit boards,
laser modules, photoreceptor drums, electrostatic charging grids, developer units, toner, fusers, calibrated image
for optimal operation. I conducted network setup of printers utilizing TCP/IP, installation of printer drivers on
customer’s networks, setting up print servers, installation of printer software, testing and calibrating the systems. I
conducted setup for scanned files to be stored on client’s computer server, email and fax software.
07/2006 – 08/2007 Oce North America Itasca, IL. Computer Systems Engineer Level 2
I worked in the build center where they produce Oce multifunction laser printers. I built computer systems to
specifications based on model of machine, I Installed Hard drives, Ram, and software and updated firmware on
Fujitsu computers which are used as the main control systems for the actual printer hardware they then go into a
cabinet inside the machine and are connected via serial bus connection to the printer and control its functions.
04/2004 – 07/2006 Xerox Corporation Chicago, IL. Service Engineer
I provided Service for Xerox laser printers. Replaced components, provided troubleshooting services, updated
software on customer’s machines. I replaced components per service interval, setup machines on customer’s
networks. I tested systems to make sure they are operating within factory specifications.
