Teaching during the pandemic has been challenging as instructors had to quickly adapt lessons for virtual learning with little training or experience in online education. While difficult, many teachers found creative ways to still engage students remotely and build connections through one-on-one check-ins, interactive activities, and frequent feedback. The transition confirmed that teaching is about more than just content and requires flexibility and compassion.
