• Graduated from University of South Australia, Adelaide, Australia with the
degree of Doctor of Business Administration in December 2006. The thesis is
on corporate governance and is themed “Impact of Corporate Governance Board
Structure on the financial performance of Chinese controlled public listed
companies in Malaysia”.
• Graduated from the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand with the
degree of Bachelor of Laws in May 1985.
• Obtained King Scout Award in year 1976.
• Completed my schooling in Sacred Heart Secondary and Primary Schools, Sibu,
Sarawak, Malaysia.
